Verification may be completed via a university email address or by uploading supporting documentation. OMA reserves the right to approve or reject verification requests at its discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Misrepresent your identity, university affiliation, or credentials.
  • Harass, abuse, or intimidate other members of the community.
  • Scrape, collect, or harvest member data from the Platform for commercial purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems.
  • Use the directory or contact information for unsolicited marketing or spam.

6. Content & Conduct

You are responsible for the content you post on the Platform, including your profile information and any messages. OMA reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or community guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OMA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
